Tori Bellows is a really good friend. She’s always there when a shoulder is needed to cry on, to give dating advice, or for a good ol’ time. Now, though, Tori is the one who needs a shoulder to lean on when she’s in a tough spot. But all of her friends are too busy with their own lives.

Enter the Twin Estates’ resident bad boy, Landon Edenhoff. When he offers her an all expenses paid vacation, she’s immediately suspicious – he’s rarely nice and his intentions are never good. But she’s ready for a change of scenery and knows she can give as good as she gets from Mr. Rude & Nasty himself.

After all, how bad could this neighbor really be?

This book is a  mind twister, and much I as want to swear right now and declare how much exactly I love and hated this book . I can’t as it will never get approved on the good Zon. This book is everything and even though I haven’t read the rest  of series. Something I seriously need to rectify.  Fantome’s words are everything.  A genius at storytelling, and knowing what the readers wants. She is critical, breaking down every little  of her characters and giving us them at their highs and the lows, in a raw confronting way.

Tori and Landon need   exactly just that, as they are complex little characters it seems like the rest of the gang. Both having their  fair of issues, Tori  know as the good friend always there for her friends ,ready to party. Yet there was an air of hurt around here. You couldn’t help want to help her in  her tough spot.  Give the little hope she desperately need and wanted. She need someone to save her but it shouldn’t be Landon. Especially given in recent months, what has unfolded, and the fact that he is Liam’s twin for starters.

Landon is the alpha male you want but don’t need. This guy is messed up  sideways. His reputation precedes him and makes no qualms about it. He lives for it and loves getting involved in unsavoury situations.  He knows the bad boy of the Estate and Tori should stay far away.

As a good neighbour will always watch out for each other   and what starts as off as harmless  all paid  vacation from Landon who helps Tori when she needs it. Turns into a story that is crazy. It’s hard to describe the story that Fantome takes  us on without experience it for yourself.

She takes on a high paced, highly charge adventure that breaks barriers and takes us into a world , that I didn’t expect.  She keeps us on our toes, right to the dying pages and you have to wonder, what was the end game of this book.  As  it all about the mind.

Readers  get caught in those mind games, that Fantome throws at you, the ones that  make and break you. The ones that destroy your mind and soul, these two are messed up and rank up there with other favourites of mine.  Neighbourhood Watch is a unique reading experience and one that you need to read. If there is one book that breaks you this year like no other , it will be this book
